Roxie seems to be settling in pretty well. (Understatement of the century.)

Kenn teases me for always telling him what the cats are thinking. Apparently, I’m not the only one since it turns out that the perfect (for me) tee does exist.

Oops. Looks like we forgot to let the cat out of the bag! (Photo bomb courtesy of Bear.)

I totally understand sealing salt against humidity; here in the South it’s a must. (It’s also why you’ll occasionally find uncooked rice in salt shakers; the rice keeps the salt from clumping up.) However… trying to “raise spout” through this sticker took fingernails, a knife, and a kitten.🤦♀️

Bear wanted to make sure his photo shoot qualified for a PG rating.😂

Kenn has gotten in the habit of buying random stickers and googly eyes, putting them on the tractors at work, and waiting to see how long it takes someone to notice. Once they do, he denies all knowledge of where they came from.😂 As proof that you can find pretty much anything on Amazon, the pictured sign now graces the gate to our back yard. We just need to add an extra “N” since Kenn spells his name with two.

This is the design on one of the shirts Kenn gave me for Mother’s Day. He asked “Do you know what it is?” My guess was an uncertain “A… cycorg?” The answer: “It’s a Borgi!” (Star Trek fans will get it.) My husband gets me.😂

We finally figured out who Roxie reminds us of! Her “eye makeup” is reminiscent of Carol Burnett as Nora Desmond.😂

This is what grocery day at our house looks like. We’re doing good if we’re allowed to get the groceries out of the bags before the cats claim them. (Don’t worry, we don’t leave them unsupervised.)
