Over the years, hotels have decided that everyone needs three or four pillows each. We usually carry our own pillows when we travel so we move the extras elsewhere. During our stay in Wall, South Dakota our room had two queen-sized beds so one bed became the repository for excess pillows. During the night I moved to the extra bed in a desperate attempt to get away from Kenn’s snoring. However, that meant that I had to move the mountain of pillows before I could attempt to sleep. Kenn laughed the next morning when he couldn’t even see me over the wall o’ pillows.
I get the snoring thing!!! That’s funny about the pillows!

All those pillows are crazy! Dan also comments on the number of pillows on beds and couches when we watch HGTV shows. I guess it is supposed to be luxury, but it’s really just exercise to move the pillows when you want to sit down or go to bed!

Yep. I have no interest in moving pillows from one place to another day after day.

Looks like my room–10 pillows on the bed, but 4 of them get moved off at night. The sound baffle sounds like a good idea, though!

A lot of nights I sleep with my head under my pillow in an effort to take advantage of its sound-dampening qualities, LOL.
