This is a peaceful scene Linda. Was it before or after Halloween (or even Thanksgiving)? I imagine the farmer gets sick of pumpkin pie if he doesn’t sell all the pumpkins from his crop and doesn’t want to waste them. I know that most wildlife love pumpkin.

This was the week before Thanksgiving. If I remember correctly, this farmer has a yearly “pumpkin patch.” I’m not sure what happens to the leftovers.
