I have a flower bed of orange day lilies – they are overcrowded and I need to thin them, but I’ve never done that before so I keep putting it off. I’m thinking of having a bulb thinning party at the end of summer and inviting friends over to take bulbs home with them.
My daughter-in-law would be all over that party. She is definitely in her plant lady era and spends a lot of time at other people’s houses digging up free plants.
We need to thin our bed too; it is overflowing with daylillies!
